About Sweet Jalapeno Heat

With confidence built from friends and the success of the two previous hot sauces, “Just Damn Good” and “Chipotle Fever”, Scotty B ventured into uncharted water by creating a sauce that would attract those who did not see themselves as traditional spicy or hot sauce fans.

Scotty B sought to create a hot sauce that would be unique from every angle. This quest resulted in the use of red jalapenos instead of the more commonly known green jalapeno. Many of you may not know that there are both red and green Jalapenos. When the Green Jalapeno’s are allowed more time to mature they turn red. Along with changing color they also become sweeter in taste, hence the name “Sweet Jalapeno Heat”.

“Sweet Jalapeno Heat” was developed during what we like to call Scotty B’s creative and experimental stage. Originally Scotty B just wanted to create hot sauces for himself and his guests to enjoy. Well, his guests did enjoy and began clamoring for more of his gourmet sauces and suggested that he come up with additional flavors. To his delight and others, Sweet Jalapeno Heat became a favorite with just about everybody who tried it. With a sweet candy like intro and a savory spicy bite to finish, this hot sauce has become a popular and multiple award winning sweet & spicy sauce. Order this wonderful gourmet Sweet & Spicy sauce today and you too can enjoy this Gourmet delight.
