Nemesis was created with the Ultimate Chile head in mind. Scotty B wanted to create a wicked triple X hot sauce with award winning gourmet taste. Scotty had a head start on this sauce because of his very first creation, "Just Damn Good" which took 3rd place in XXX Hot category at the 2006 Fiery Foods Challenge Forth Worth, TX.

Scotty B's Sweet Habanero Gourmet Sweet & Hot sauce was created with the same recipe as our 5 time award winning Sweet Jalapeno Heat. With a demand for the same great taste and more heat, Scotty B decided not to reinvent the wheel, but rather replace the Jalapeno peppers with Habanero peppers. As expected the combination was a sweet heat delight and enjoyed by all the sweet heat seekers who tried it.

With confidence built from friends and the success of the two previous hot sauces, "Just Damn Good" and "Chipotle Fever", Scotty B ventured into uncharted water by creating a sauce that would attract those who did not see themselves as traditional spicy or hot sauce fans.
